Thanks, obvoiusly some people do not use razors (women? and voting cold..)

I find things tend to go cold before they heat up

Kisugem, do u have a hairy wife? Of course women use razors lol. Perhaps not this type but I bought this for my hubby so I don't think it's women voting cold x

anyone bought any of the 3D ones, i've got the HS 8460, don't use the Nivea bit so two of the shavers have an empty bit in the middle, great shaver and just wondered how the new 3D ones compare

Customer review from the Amazon Vine™ Programme

I passed this item onto my husband, Mr Gerbiltamer, whose preferred personal facial fuzz removal technique is a wet shave due to the closeness of the cut, although he isn't keen on the dehydrating effects it causes in the long run. Due to his advanced age, Mr G has shunned electric razors for many years because they just didn't do the job as well as their multi-bladed cousins; the battery ones were ineffectual and the mains ones were inconvenient. Anyway, time and technology has moved on at a huge pace so it was nice for him to be able to try one of the modern designs.

I have the 3d one (1250). I think the arcitec was better than the modern version. I think there are serious build quality issues with Phillips shavers atm. Some have good powerful motors, some do not. Very dissapointing! I have a series 4 that is poor too. You can get decent results if you spend ages shaving but thats not the point of electric and you might as well just get a Gillette or something silimar.

order 3 of them.

nice, but it will be cheaper soon i think
