This specific model is £90 on asda website and currently OOS. Maybe it was clearance stock for that particular store.

They also sell an inferior model to this one for £50 but that is also OOS.

its showing £44.99 through the john lewis link now?

The brush heads for this are ridiculously expensive. It's a bit like hp printers, when the ink runs out it's cheaper just to buy a new printer!

Yes increased in price, JL seem to be doing a lot of one day discounts at the moment....... Got to be quick. Still £44 isn't bad and still beats the compition as it will come with 2 year warranty. Tesco had it on offer but is OOS

Yes indeed, different type but amazon probably trying to match JL as it wasn't that price when I searched yesterday. Cheers.

Here's a link for the toothbrush listed on Amazon:

Think that the one listed has a different brush head and angled neck to reach difficult areas of your mouth. Personally the only useful feature on these brushes is the timer.

This is a great brush. It has the same 31,000 brush strokes a minute as the HealthyWhite (the model up, which I have). Once you get a Sonicare, you won't go back. I've had the HealthyWhite twice, and my dentist comments on how healthy my teeth and gums are since my move to sonic brushes.

Got it for boyf's Xmas at £25.18 from Amazon, a few months back!
