Seems incredibly expensive.

Paid £3.50 for these in B&Q discounted. Picked up 2 and that was 2 years or so ago.

Was it these exact ones? These are £100+ on ebay and other sites so seems a genuine discount.

Were the ones you got LED? 3W?

You can very similar lights to these all be it not Phillips for £12 @ B&Q just had mine fitted and looks the part. Replaceable bulbs, very efficient and moveable arms! Still added heat as it's a good spot ;)

Was virtually identical but not LED.

I bought LED bulbs separately cheaply.

How bright are these, are they ok for a kitchen and can you replace the bulbs if needed?

It's a bit misleading. These bulbs will be very dim compared to 35w Halogens or an actual 4w equivalent as they are actually 3w not 4w as per title.
"Type of Bulb LED
Wattage 3 watts"

Still cheap but will be disappointing for most people I'd imagine.

They are also not replaceable, so if you get one that blows, you're stuck with 3 lights. The whole idea of non changeable bulbs is idiotic and will never be a success.

I'm now having second thoughts on these, I ordered them knowing I have time to cancel but I cant find any reviews. I'm getting the feeling they will be too dim for the kitchen, if the bulbs last 15 years then the non changeable bulbs are not a problem but if one blows after a couple of years then its a waste of money.

Arrived yesterday. Cheers op!

Sorry forgot to post back on here but thanks again OP, fitted fairly easily and looks good in the kitchen, plenty bright. Unfortunately any money saving has been wiped out by spending about £40 on other led replacements around the house but I've had fun doing it!
