Not a good price if it doesnt work. Bought one of these for my mothers laptop. Pretty useless really. Rarely connects. Tried it with my Linksys and no problem.

I have one which is ok but signal is not that strong but adequate for our needs at the mo .I have had mine for a year now and paid the original price .

what would be better for having xbox live? this + the wireless adaptor, or wired ethernet throughout the house, which we already have.

Vodafone, O2, Orange and T-mobile sims are all £2.43 and say free delivery so I guess these would be a good substitute for the Tesco sim, especially if you want a sim for one of those networks.

why does it say non adsl when its a dsl /cable router?
    cheapo
I thought 'computerman' may have known the difference between DSL (digital subscriber line) and ADSL (asymmetric digital subscriber line).

    :EDIT: wrong info given.

    Here

Basically, this deal is for cable users, where you need to connect your modem to this, which then feeds the internet connection all on the internal network.

The other deal has an ADSL modem built in for phone line users.
