Has anyone received theirs? My order is showing up on PayPal, but I've had no email confirmation.

Same mate, I've asked for a refund. It's pretty shoddy service on Philips' behalf, they don't have an option to cancel on the site, the order has been processing for days.

What the hell? Seems very inefficient.
That's not how efficiency works.....
It is a relatively powerful device - movement requires a lot of energy in a short time period. It also makes a lot of damn noise which DOES make it inefficient. When charging though, the power input will be tiny, so it takes longer to charge the battery than to discharge it. You can get shavers and trimmers etc which will charge far far faster, I doubt they'd be any different in terms of efficiency however. Just having the battery makes the device inefficient.
Really? This says otherwise.https://www.amazon.co.uk/Philips-QT4013-23-Beard-Trimmer/dp/B00VTTC44Q
Is that the exact same model? Not that I imagine it is vastly different. Just goes to show, when someone (fagol) gets one thing wrong (inefficient), don't presume anything else they said (10hr charge) was correct. Should have check it mself, its a trimmer not a toothbrush. I was responding to their point about it being inefficient rather than their 10hr charge claim.
Wow you took that personally. Thanks for the unsolicited attack.
60 minutes of cordless use after a 1-hour charge that is way more efficient than this. It's the newer version of this model. Think you need to look up what efficient means and how not to be so sensitive.
Anyway don't bother responding. Ignored.
?
Personally?
Attack?
Now you've got completely b@+$h!+ mental, I'll have to personally attack. You are actually thick.
Start your education here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KrlDMZQtzoU
Efficiency has nothing to do with charge time except in your tiny head.
When you are wrong, you need to realise you are wrong. Hence the reply. I'm soo not sensitive, but I will take that personally. Are you still confused?

Efficiency depends on how you measure it, which is pretty subjective, in battery terms it's the amount of output for the amount of input, the fact a battery charges in an hour not 10 hours simply means you put in more current, heat it up more and reduce it's usable life, doesn't change the efficiency much (if you ignore the effect of heat on the whole chemical process). If you're a manufacturer, this is a good thing, it automatically makes a product fail sooner, since you can't replace the battery, they make more money whilst simultaneously convincing you, you've bought the better product, probably paying a premium on the price.

If on the other hand efficiency is measured as the ability to shave for 60 minutes, every 2 hours, then the 10 hour charge time is pretty inefficient.

I've got a Philips beard trimmer, the 45 minute run time, for 4 hour charge time on mine, is enough to get my beard trimmed twice a week for a month or so, that's all I require - I've never measured the either run or charge time. A 10 hour charge time wouldn't be a problem, since I always have more than 10 hours between shaving. Incidentally mine will run when charging so in an emergency I can still shave.

If you get problems at checkout where it says payment hasn't gone through be careful. I ordered one as I thought due to the error but three payments were taken. I had order numbers for 2 and one I had nothing for but all three came out of my card. Ups then delivered two orders to someone with a different surname to me to a house on my street at number 106 which is odd as there is only 10 houses on my street! Philips are investigating and it will take around 2 weeks before I even get my money or replacement product.

Sorry to heard that I managed to get my order through after enormous attempts luckily non of my attempts were charged my card was blocked though lol. I used UPS access point, Firefox browser and paid via PayPal. Hope Phillips will sort your problem soon.

I did this the other day but I had a 35% code and stacked it with 10% and payed 87 for the bayonet starter kit honestly its awesome my flat looks wicked I'm gonna collect the lot and do all my bulbs kinda mad now though cos everyone's gon a hammer it and they will probly stiop the glitch I got a 25% code to use on another bulb went there in stock
The 25% code no longer works for lighting products, though it does work for some other products. I spoke to someone at the Phillips online store and they confirmed this.
Anyone tried this recently?
Is this still working. Looking a few more lamps. What's the cheapest thing I can buy to get the 25% code?
Worked for me. My old Lumie wake up clock finally died and I decided to replace it with a Hue kit. Added one of the Bloom lights too as a bedside light replacement.

The next model up is in stock, normally £35 + £3.99 p&p, but comes to £20.24 delivered with the codes and a further £1.48 off with Topcashback. It's got titanium blades vs the steel of the cheaper one and 1hr charge vs 10hr, so worth the extra few quid. Good reviews at Amazon.

Watch out that even though higher number AT896 than AT890 these don't have the better HQ8 heads that are £25-£30 just by themselves (which the other HUKD at Tesco Direct today that went OOS very quickly has ie PT870 at £33,xx)

BTW Can get the HQ8 heads from Amazon.com in US for around £20 delivered though with their rather iffy c£4 desposit towards duty/taxes/fees!

I was looking at one of these for my Mother but as lcassey says, it's not really a fryer and the resulting chips arent much better than you'd end up with in an oven.

We bought a De'Longhi F28311 Rotofry and it's great. Heats up quickly, uses only half the oil and the chips are spot-on. Oh, and you can get those for less than half the price of these air fryers
I have seen theese in the shops. The little basket is only small/for 2/3 people.
i will let you know :)
Its Not really a fryer its just a small convection oven. If you want to cook 'fry chips' and not just oven chips then you need to add oil to it. Notice the * next to without oil that links to the small print that says (you have to add oil if using fry or fresh chips!)

Full review of it here http://www.pocket-lint.com/review/5168/philips-airfryer-chip-cooking-gadget

Their summary is its basically a small oven and is only really good for cooking oven chips quicker than a conventional oven and then they dont taste as good as deep fried chips!
Thanks for posting.

Bottle feeding does not need promoting by giving out feeding bottles as free gifts. Breastfeeding mums are not getting the support or encouragement they need. These companies make out they are supporting breastfeeding mums by promoting breast pumps, but these often make babies less likely to latch onto the breast in the important early days, as the baby gets used to the bottle which is much easier for him to get the milk from, and then is less likely to latch on to the breast. I know of many new mums who have had this happen, when all they needed was advice and support.

I couldn't agree more

As a single guy, I think I'll pass on the free feeding bottle :)
I stayed at Lodge in the Loch a couple of years ago for a family function. They'd just finished "doing it up".

The only baby changing facitlities were in the ladies, as a father that's not much use.
Each time my son needed a change I had to ask reception to do do a reccy of the loos to see if it was safe for me to go in.
