It wont set the world on fire; it is not LCD or plasma but nevertheless is a great deal. See for the same television but be aware that this is only available in the catalogue shops (my nearest is Lincoln). Product is great and much better than most of the cheap alternatives with poor product names. See the spec below;

The Philips 21PT6820/05 21" Real Flat TV comes with a built-in DVD/CD/MP3 player. It delivers DVD picture quality with Virtual Dolby sound effectively dispersed via two on-board speakers.

The flatter tube provides a wider viewing angle while minimising reflections for the best picture possible. The 21PT6820 is further enhanced by combining picture enhancements like Contrast Plus and colour improvement, Crystal Clear improves picture depth.

This great sounding TV uses Virtual Dolby Surround which is a processing technology for enhancing surround sound effects. It will create the sensation of Dolby Pro Logic without the necessity of additional rear speakers. You become totally immersed in your television experience.

Features Include:

Crystal Clear improves picture depth
Virtual Dolby Surround for a cinema-like audio experience
Plays DVD, CD and MP3
Plays back Picture CDs on your TV rather than a PC
10 pages Smart Text for fast access to teletext
