Good price if you must have this TV but if you are still deciding I think the Toshiba 42xv555db 42" LCD is better. Availble for £527 from RGB Direct, as long as you live fairly near London (£99.95 delivery if not!) or for £545 from PRC Direct (via Amazon)...

OK it's 5iches smaller but 47 is too big for most living rooms anyway :)
I have this TV and let me tell you it's super awesome!

Coupled with a Philips upright dvd home system it's brill.

By the way I paid £799 in Feb and that was reduced from £999.

My friends who bought 42" sets wish they'd got this size when they see it. Some paid through the nose for 1080p and wonder why when they see the quality of the picture, particularly when watching DVD's in upscaling.

This is one hot deal!!! :thumbsup:
