Japanese retailer Play-Asia.com are selling the forthcoming Nintendo DS game Phoenix Wright 3: Trials and Tribulations for US$29.90 + US$2.60 shipping (= £16.11 according to xe.com). The Japanese and US versions are both at the same price; the Japanese one (called "Gyakuten Saiban 3") is released on 23/8 and the US one is released on 23/10 according to gamefaqs.com (although Play-Asia claim it will come into stock in September).
The Japanese version will have the full English translation included, although you will probably have to manually select English language each time you play the game -- no biggy though. Currently no European release date is set -- based on the time taken for the last games in the series to come out over here I'd expect it to be out around Christmas at the very earliest (and probably not available online for less than £20 - £25).
The DS is region-free so these games will work with European consoles. Delivery time is stated as 5-10 days via airmail. Note that you can pay an extra 50p to have it delivered in a cardboard box instead of a jiffy bag, although I've had items from East Asia arrive in a padded envelope and never had any problems; your mileage may vary, of course.
