this is quality stuff for cheap paper, the smaller 6x4 they do as well is ideal for the portable photo printers
nice first post

heat added

I've used the 6x4 before on my Canon iP4000, with somewhat mixed results. Initial results were great - very good prints, not far off results from more expensive papers. However, after they'd been stored in an album for a year or so they became somewhat blurry and washed out and I had to reprint them on different paper - so a false economy. Heat added anyway, as it's ideal for short term use (e.g. adverts for shop windows) and the packet designs have changed a few times so it may be different now. My favourite cheap paper is the 5x7 that Home Bargains does sometimes in a pink/white packet. Still perfect prints after 2 years' storage.

The fading and degrading of prints is the main problem with all cheap papers If I remember correctly. Couple that with cheap inks, and it gets worse. Great for fun give-away snaps etc., but they certainly do fade within a year, with huge colour shifts, I have found. But hey - it's 5p a sheet!
