Ryanair will let you carry it on but they'll want to charge you for it's own seat.

Daughter will be 2yrs 4 months when we travel - will this be too big for her? Tempted to get but not sure if she will be too young. Can just picture me charging to the gate with her sat on it, only to arrive there and find that she fell off....

Haha, my boys were 2yrs 11 months when we went away in July, and they're twins so they're small ... about as small as 2 year olds lol ... they were fine on the trunki's , they do manouver well to be honest i let the boys push themselves along but when we were in a rush we pulled them (quite fast so they didnt mind being pulled along) and not once did they fall off, they loved it. we flew with monarch and the bags were treated as hand luggage , tagged up and fitted well in the overhead compartment on the plane. Idea for all the kids toys and snacks for on the plane. hassel free. ... not sure was else i can say, 10/10, 100% recommend.
