cheers OP, just got the last one at my local.
#3
Showing £59.99 on-line and at local store in Aberdeen.
#4
It's not an iPod connnection but a front Aux input which is useful for non Apple MP3 players; I hear they are available. :?
#5
Not that impressed, it doesn't even have mp3 support.

You can still hook up an iPod to it, you just can't control the iPod from the HU.

Hot price

Excellent price. I've got the model up in the car but imagine they are very similar! Definite improvement on the factory head unit.
#8
thank you reserved last one in Thamesmead
#9
This hasn't got an "ipod connection", any more than every other radio with a simple aux jack has.
Radios with ipod connections can select ipod tracks from the radio.

Cold, as no MP3 playback, and misleading title.
#10
very misleading title but still a v good price. Better than the pap for sale at locations such as Aldi and Lidl (no offence to those excellent stores, just the CD Head Units they have), which get rated highly. Pioneer is a very good in-car audio brand so expect good sound quality and build quality from this item. The line in connection i think is good enough for a branded product at 30 quid. If you have an ipod your better off with the line in connection than using an Mp3 CD

can anyone point me in the direction of a decent quality (but as cheap as possible!) head unit that allows you to control the ipod from the head unit itself? i'd rather stick the ipod out of sight and control it as a normal cd player? i was tempted by this, but if i can get what i want for slightly more then i'd be interested

Mate got a HU with all those features on it from Aldi a few weeks back, either 20 or 30 quid, Technika I think it was. In the glass cases near the tills
#15
Will this work with a CD auto-changer?
#16
According to Amazon:

Plays CD-R, CD-RW, MP3, WMA, WAV :)

You'll probably need a connect2 adapter for your car. Usually cost £20-£30 pound

Don't think this has mp3 playback as it would have been listed here.

How anybody can vote a Pioneer HU for £30 cold is ridiculous

Very hot deal for me, from a very good make
#38
nice price for a quick upgrade, wouldnt recommend for a proper after market speaker set up due to the relativly low powerd preamp

it has 4x50w the same as almost every other HU on the market, more than enough for some half decent speakers
