Yeah, i passed these tonight and contemplated it for a second then saw the light....i mean who would pay the £3.89 for one SMALL small pizza anyway??....even £2.50 each is pushing it to be fair.

We were in Sainsburys earlier but ended up getting one 12" for £4.99 instead after using some quick maths to work out the areas.

Oh how we chuckled to ourselves about the uneducated fools buying 2 x 8" pizzas instead. mwaaahaahaa!

Try looking at the weight instead.

2 margheritas are 498g for £5, one 12" is 493g for £4.99

2 Sloppy Guiseppes are 724g for £5, one 12" is 645g for £4.99.

That's (nearly) 12.5% more for the same price.

You were done ;-)

All pizzas are not alike and these are good ones. Well worth the money, I wouldn't buy a cheapo pizza because it's likely to be a bit rough.

The only thing to be aware of when buying Pizza Express pizzas is that they are fresh and have a very short shelf like. But fresh is good so this is hotter than a hot thing.

If you have a Waitrose they have plently of stock of the 3 types on offer. M&S have a very nice top of the range quailty Margarita for £1.99 (half price) for their weekend offer

 i know, ive probably had more Pizza express pizzas than you've had hot dinners!!! - i just think £3.89 is crazy for the small one when you can get the larger one for £4.99.....but thats just my opinion.
