HOT ..I have the 4 gig version of play's own SDHC & it works a treat on my Samsung card digital video camera, this size should give you a good few hours of DV in superfine mode typically.

(incidentally no problems in cold conditions @ 12000 ft worked a dream)

Not bad but only class 4, I would rather pay the extra and get this one http://www.mymemory.co.uk/SDHC/MyMemory/MyMemory-SDHC-Memory-Cards---Class-6 for 19.99

Great deal. I posted this deal a couple of weeks ago, and it got deleted. 2nd good deal I have posted which got deleted - good job I'm not paranoid

Good price for 16gb,

Just to note; I've got the 8gb version of this, its good for photos but when I use it for video footage on my Canon Ixus 70 the sound is not in sync with the picture, maybe something to do with it being class 4 as my sandisk extreme card copes with it fine. Might be worth considering if your thinking about one for video use

don't think i'd take a chance with the class 4 tbh, not with an everio anywayz

Also available - Class 6 8gb Card for £9.99 - http://www.play.com/Electronics/Electronics/4-/5984413/Play-com-8GB-SDHC-Class-6-Memory-Card/Product.html

Maybe worth paying 3 quid extra and ordering two of these 8gb cards, not only are they class 6 but if something goes wrong with one you wont lose ALL your data!

Ye this is a good price and I would buy a smaller class 4. But if you are buying a 16GB card I should imagine at some point you would either want to put 16GB of data on it or take it off. That would take a loooong time.

Yes, but two weeks ago is two weeks ago, and now is now, unless you have some sort of time machine! Sheesh!

I just picked up a class 4 16GB SD of ebay for £11.59 but it is from china and plays migh be slightly better quality?

Edit: I've seen them go for cheaper than that on ebay aswell so might be worth looking at if anyone needs.

What is the max recommended for ready boost?

I currently have 4gb readyboost with a 2gb ram on my laptop - would upping to 16gb it make much difference??

I believe Readyboost will only use a maximum of 4GB, regardless of the size of card you have. See the Overview section here....
