good deal , you cannot seem to beat play for things like this . I just got a 8GB SDHC the other day for my camcorder from them for the same price , BUT you mentioned class , mine was class 6 , not sure what that means , can someone explain please ?

Yeah - I was more concerned about my card in general than this particular deal as I've saved loads off play.com with it. I always used quidco and the UCAS discount so it's 5% difference to me!

sorry but this price doesn't sound too great, I got a 8gb class 4 MICRO SD from 7dayshop/memorybits or something like that for £10.99, two smaller cards are always cheaper than one big one normally and the micro cards are usually more expensive than the normal ones

But you cant use micro sd cards in cameras and the like so this is pretty hot!

Class 6 means it's one of the fastest group of cards. May not matter in your stills camera but probably does in a camcorder, etc.

wii consoles with firmware below 4.0 can only handle sd with max of 2 gb the new wii's and if u upgrade your fw can now use sdhc cards...........
