I don't know why it's getting cold votes, Maybe cold voters can explain. I think it's a good price and I'm voting hot. I don't need one tho' so I won't be buying one.

How do you know thereviews are based on £89.99 price?

Come to that, the RRP was £89.99; not the original selling price. Play make up their rrps as they go along.

If it doesnt work properly, then its not worth wasting any money on it imho.

RRP was no way £89.99

Looks like cheap c**p you get off Ebay. I wouldn't touch this with a bargepole.

Average reviews, so maybe price is about right.

"The conversion feature took me a little while to understand; all video's need to be converted to a different format and so I had to ask for help in doing this."

From one of the reviews.

Not if you want an mp3 player it's not.

I'd still rather get a second hand psp for £40-£50 and get an 8gb card for a tenner.

Bit big though  These normally sell on play for £39.99 btw. As a basic mp3 player it's not a bad price but likewise, I wouldn't buy one.

this looks very much like a 4gb mp3 player with 2 inch screen I got from a Hong Kong seller on ebay last year for about £12. With the one I got the user interface was awful and not enough buttons! Oh, and the display went a funny colour one day so now it is just a 4gb usb drive.

I imagine if I bought this i'd just end up using it as a storage stick anyway

No point buying it then  I get your point though. I bought an mp3 player a few years ago, used it once. Can't even be bothered to use it as a flash drive.

Pay a little more and get the Sansa Fuze, it takes micro sd cards as well so the storage is infinite. My daughter loves it.

Second that, I purchased the Fuze from CDiscount for 30 quid, and an 8gb micro sd from 7dayshop for a tenner. Much better value than this peice of tat.
