Ok this is a good deal but I had so much hassle trying to order their bundle cause their **** website . I ordered the watch dogs bundle ages ago and it was impossible , first of it wouldn't find my address and then it wouldn't accept my card even though I had the funds so I kept trying and trying until it went through and then after 30min order canceled . I had to call them eventually I was so **** off and I had to know if all the previous orders was canceled or are they pending , they told me that my bank blocked the payment cause they think it's a fraud and I don't blame really , how can game have such a **** website . So finally after speaking with my bank I managed to do it it took me 2 days to order a **** console . I didn't want this to go unheard of I sent a complain email to the CEO of game and after few hours he called me and apologised and gave a free 1 year ps plus membership and £20 voucher so I ended up paying for the watch dogs bundle £331 plus free playstation plus 1 year .

Anyway this is a good deal just be aware of game **** website order it through a laptop with google chrome do not use your phone or anything else . Plus these deals are not in store so you have to order them through game website .

Great price. Especially the bundle with the controller. Assuming the cheapest controller is £40 it makes a ps4 with wolfenstein £345. That's a great price.
#6
Anyone got any game discount codes please? Cheers
#7
You would get £33 for controller and £24 game back on gift card (cex price match)

Still makes console around. £330 mark.

I will eventually buy a ps4, but this isn't doing it for me. Decent price. Heat added.

Unfortunately you had a bad experience, I have never personally had a problem with the site. Banks now and then do that to ensue security especially if you have purchased a lot in a short amount of time.. At Xmas I spent loads in a short time and when I went to buy something from Woolworths site it would not go through and I had to verify with my bank it's a legitimate transaction. At least you got a £20 voucher and 12 months PS+ subs :)

Personally I've never had any issues at all with either the desktop or the mobile site, everything has been fine. I've only used a card a few times though as the majority of the time I have gift cards which I use to buy things. The only issue I've had is that I can't ever log onto the site unless I clear my cookies as it says my password is incorrect - this happens all the time and if I log back out I have to clear again.

Maybe your bank blocked your card as loopylloyd said above, they do that if you spend too much in one go sometimes. I'm sure it was worth the hassle though to get a £20 voucher and 12months PS+ ;)

Yikes, how much did you pay? I preordered mine with Toys R Us and got it launch day. £335 with the £15 off coupon they had going around.

I am looking to pick up a PS4, but I'm really not keen on picking up Wolfenstein for the sort of price it is at the minute, I think I'll wait until I can get a PS4 new for around the £300 mark. Wouldn't mind paying a bit more for an additional controller & ps+ though.
#15
Cheapest console on its own price is £320 from shop to on eBay, which is pretty much the same as buying this and selling the game and controller. Good deal if you want a second controller though as in the medium term the RRP won't drop but obviously the game will drop likes stone.

That's gone up to £349.85 now. Cheapest console on it's own is £324.99 from Base.

I had the same problem when I ordered my ps4 and Xbox one on release. I had to call my bank and they said to me thay were getting loads of calls because people wanted their consoles in day one.
Banks have had problems with game in the past so tend to block game on high payments on a fraud basis and locked the transaction until you call to confirm.

This is an ok price btw, I haven't voted as I think game are absolute **** aside from whats mentioned above.
I've got broken items from them and they wouldn't replace or refund me (special edition stuff such as WindWaker HD)
They lie about limited edition stuff. (It's mass produced when they advertise "low quantities" cough Titanfall controller)
You get DLC codes that don't work. (Trials fusion to name one)
You pre order for special content and it's always somehow "not arrived". (Bayonetta/SM3DW)
They list things as "game only" when it's sold in other retailers. (Wolfenstine/Trials fusion..list goes on and on)
You get crap trade in prices so please everyone get cex printouts or you will get fisted in broad daylight. (Watchdogs £15 LOL, cex price match and I get £33 for the exact same thing)
They are more expensive than everywhere else, I have bought 9 games so far combined for ps4/xb1 and have saved £15 per game by shopping elsewhere. (Ryse/Forza/Dead Rising 3/Tomb Raider/NFS/Watchdogs/Sniper Elite 3/Thief)

Personally I can't wait for them to go out of business.
Instore prices DONT have to be higher than online, or do you honestly think the works/Tk maxx/ waterstones/ Millie's cookies/ JD Sports/ BHS/ Next..... All suffer because "they need to make more instore to pay for rent etc" nooo if people buy games, game make profit, game make profit when more games sell, if games are higher in price instore people shop elsewhere, people shop elsewhere, game make less, game make less, less moniez, simples.

I wouldn't worry about rushing mate.
Buy a new PS3 for £330, buy wolfenstein for £30, and there's always ps+ deals at retailers.

You save £36.99 apparently but that's the basic price anywhere else.
I wouldn't recommend that game either tbh, it will be £20 soon.

I have no idea about the bank thing as I only really use gift cards when buying from GAME but I've never come across any of those other issues at all. Any broken items they have always been happy to replace/refund and sometimes even offer reward points as compensation. DLC codes that don't work I've never come across, if you're talking about DLC in a game case then if the games sealed it's not their fault. For just DLC bought directly from them though, they'd give you a new code if it didn't work. And that's the same for preorder bonus content, it gets emailed to you and I've never come across complaints about someone not getting it. Also they are more expensive than other places (by A LOT) but in fairness they usually drop the prices soon after release and are actually then the cheapest. Eg. Mario Kart, Wolfenstein, Tomb Raider.

I agree with all of your other points though. "Limited Edition" content is never limited, but that's with all retailers not just GAME. As for the "Game Exclusive" yeah that's a lie as you said. And the trade in prices are a joke, as are the instore prices. They really don't need to be that much higher than online, especially when they're so high anyway. Plus when online prices drop, instore prices never follow. So that is something which is really ridiculous and is a fair reason to dislike them.

PS4 Console - £325
Wolfenstein - £32
= £357
This makes PS Plus £28 for a year which is pretty good value and is the lowest it ever drops (which isn't that often). Or it's £33 for a PS4 controller which is excellent value and it's never been that cheap before.

Yeah the ps4 price etc was a quick put together I did, not searching.

The codes that I was on about, one in particular was trials fusion.
I got a 360 code not an xb1 code..... Still waiting for a "call back" about the problem.

Mind you it's only been 2 months and I've now sold it but let's give them the benefit of the doubt hey. ;)

I know places say "limited edition" and it's not (not many these day) limited to say 5000 or something.
But when they had the Titanfall controllers and the first batch sold out, they then got a 2nd/3rd/4th batch, on release day thay were falling off the shelves instore. I'm not even exaggerating, they were piled up on shelves and behind the counter.
I would out money on it that a normal black controller is more rare than then Titanfall one.

Not knocking your deal tho bud just I hate game with a passion.
There prices and laughable even by HMV.

Elder scrolls online £50 online £40 instore £90 for special edition. 2 weeks later and the special edition is £40.
So yeah they do lower prices after a few weeks but that's only because they have scammed the impatient idiots and then the smart people will buy at good prices.

That code problem is a bit annoying, did you keep chasing it up? You shouldn't have to of course but surely they would have eventually given you the right code? And yes I do agree with that limited edition thing too.

Some of the prices are laughable, and I used to hate them just as much as you did but in fairness they've improved recently quite a bit. They've had some good sales on but the instore and launch prices are still a joke and they do pry on the impatient and those without much knowledge about game prices.

If only I could of waited instead of panic buying a Game bundle before Xmas! Good find!

Yikes, how much did you pay? I preordered mine with Toys R Us and got it launch day. £335 with the £15 off coupon they had going around.

unfortunately £615 I didn't pre order just stumbled into Game by chance in Dec and they had some spare bundles.
Blimey, what did you get in your bundle?

Yeah I chased them up 3 times mate, never got anywhere just blatant fobbed off so I left it.
My Ganondorf statue had a crack in the dome (WindWaker wiiU) I went instore and the guy told me that some play stations fell of the top shelf (behind the counter) and landed on it.
Talk about throwing sand in my face, I wanted to hadouken him soo bad!

I sent an email and I was told "it is my responsibility to contact the manufacturer" LOL

What a P take.

I admit I do get stuff from game, but if the price is good.
I would choose amazon/tesco etc over them though.

And I always sell stuff on ebay or price match cex, anyone who trades in without getting a cex price match is a fool!

Even today I seen they had 6 Titanfall controllers still. "Limited editionz, I'm super cereal"

I will eventually buy a ps4, but this isn't doing it for me. Decent price. Heat added.

Struggling to find a £300 ps4 deal anywhere...

Found a £230 ps4 on gumtree with 8 months reciept. Tempted....

I got my PS4 for £296. Tesco had an offer during the England vs Costa Rica game where you input a voucher code and receive a 15% discount off anything on the Tesco Direct site.

Wow great deal for £296. Looking for a around £300 deal myself. Tap4Offers had the console for £282 but it was a USA console and I seem to have missed the latest £300 deal. I suppose I'll keep saving and either pay more or buy when I see a £300 deal. Whatever comes first. :p
