This is the cheapest Price I can find at present.

Use voucher code BH4 for £4 off when you spend £40.

The Playstation move takes motion-sensing gaming to the next level. True 1:1, sub-millimeter tracking puts gamers into the virtual world of the PS3 and allows them to interact with the environment as if the objects were in their own living room. The controller uses the PlayStation Eye Camera in conjunction with the light emitting "orb" atop the controller to calculate your position in three-dimensional space. As the orb can change colour, multiple controllers can be tracked simultaneously.

The orb can also be used to enhance in-game actions, for instance changing to red when using a "fire spell". The controller will feature traditional buttons, including a trigger, for those actions which motion-sensing will not capture, such as firing a gun. The possibilities for the motion controller range from simplifying the user-interface of a real-time strategy (selection and commands) to true sword fighting in your favourite role-playing game.

Introducing the PlayStation Move
The PlayStation 3 Motion Controller contains built-in motion sensors, including a colour-changing orb at its head, which interacts with the PlayStation Eye Camera to track movement. This tracking is precise, meaning the PlayStation 3 Motion Contoller recreates every single swing of the arm and twist of the wrist exactly on screen.

Time to Move
The PlayStation Move gives PlayStation 3 gamers a new way to play and interact with their PlayStation 3. The Move is actually broken into three separate parts; the Motion Controller, Navigation Controller and the PlayStation Eye Camera.

The PlayStation Move: Motion Controller
The Playstation Move: Motion Controller contains advanced motion sensors such as a three-axis accelerometer, a three-axis gyroscope and a terrestrial magnetic field sensor to measure your movements and motions which are translated into on screen movements and commands. The colour changing sphere on the end of the controller is tracked by the PlayStation Eye and by using the power of the PlayStation 3 it detects the movements, angle and the absolute position in 3D space, to add to the accuracy.

Move to the beat
At this point there are 36 third party developers and publishers gearing up to support the PlayStation Move, releasing more than 20 games that are either dedicated to or support the PlayStation Move platform.

Now that's a great find / price for the starter kit! Hot from me, a good tenner cheaper than the closest competition.

Not that I would expect it at this price point, but it's puzzling why this is called a "Move Starter Pack" when the blurb says "Move is actually broken into three separate parts; the Motion Controller, Navigation Controller and the PlayStation Eye Camera".

So its broken into three parts and yet the starter pack only gives you two of those three!

I know the Navigation control is not necessarily needed, but I wonder just how awkward it is going to be trying to use a standard Dualshock 3 in your left hand.

The Navigation Controller is optional and not essential for Move, that's why. Whereas the other parts are.

My comment was in response to you being puzzled as to why all the add-ons are not included.

And I was speaking rhetorically, Move consists of 3 parts yet the pack supplies two, be interesting seeing how cag handed you feel holding a PS3 controller in one hand and using half of it, I tried it and after a few minutes unless you have it resting on your leg the weight of the other side of it does start to put a strain on your hand, not ideal at all.

I know, hence the title "Starter Pack". If it had every part of Move then it would be called a "Complete Pack"/"Full Pack" or something along those lines.
It's mostly produced to save the consumer money, as it does not supply the entire kit.

It is a starter pack deal with it. The Wii does not come bundled with a nunchuck as far as I know. In both cases you have to purchase it separately to have the full experience this is just a starter experience.

Wii's most certainly do come with both a nunchuk and Wii Remote as standard, Wii Sports/Wii Sports Resort that it comes with also requires the nunchuk.

Not sure what all the above chat is about, best price for it that I've seen, ordered! Thanks very much brcu!

quidco tracked at £3.27 also, making it £40.91 - £3.27 = £37.64!
#16
Ordered, cheers

So tempted, only just starting looking at video's of this and Kinect, not sure about the games apart of the sports one, I know later games are coming, Killzone 3 and that, but to play 2 player your talking not much cheaper than the Kinect which comes with Adventures. looking at the video's at Xbox.com 2 players can use the same system camera.
#18
mamboboy
I'd go for the Kinect, because the PS3 has no games.

If you want to factor in potential quidco then this has 8% further off the price.
