Been looking forward to their arrival. So many great games on PSN I've still yet to buy.

I'll start making up a wish list soon after these drop.

This deal posted here would seem to be better value, buy two @ £16.99 and save £6.02 on a £40.00 spend...

I wouldn't trust 7-day shop after I placed an order with them, waited 3 months only for them to then cancel the order. Sure they delivered part of my order (camera filters) but without the filter holder they were useless.

This deal is good, but the £20 instacode @ £17.85 ea are better value for money.. (also available from shop.to)

Working out:- 50/20 = 2.5 * 17.85 = 44.625 = saving of 22p :-D

Ok, you can only buy in chunks of £20, but it still works out slightly cheaper overall.

Cheers FP but I haven't got one of those pre-loaded credit cards (or whatever they are called) so I can't make a purchase, unless I am mistaken and I can use my UK credit card (a Barclaycard).

Nope... but you can find the US PlayStation Network Cards for sale on eBay as well as GameStop, Play-Asia (for both US & Japanese cards), etc.

Previously some UK Credit Cards used to be OK, but a security overhaul meant a more stringent checking process against the address of the card holder.

The "Entropay" system used to work too. Not sure if it still does, as I have never used it, but Uncle Google may be able to assist here.

tbh checking the prices for US cards there is very little saving (if any) especially when theyre are UK deals like this one!

unique for purchasing from US PSN store though through US accounts on UK ps3 as you cannot use US account and pay with UK credit or debit card it looks too dodgy

Entropay does still work if you want to create a US PSN account, I did that a couple of weeks ago - used a random company's address. It wasn't until I was in the PSN store that I noticed the tax though.

Thanks.

I'm guessing the level of sales tax will depend on which random State you picked to register a US account (assuming you do not actually have a residential address in the Country).

Which kind of percentage were you stung for?

I registered the account in Washington, bought a game for $14.99 and was stung for $1.32 tax (~8.8%). I'll change the address later to another state when I've figured out which one is best.
