Flip a coin. Seriously, each of them are fantastic in their own way. VCS is probably more full blown like Vice City but I personally preferred LCS for the story, setting and certain missions. I'd recommend you give Chinatown Wars a look in too because that is the most fun I've ever had on a handheld. Drug dealing FTW. In game world, obviously.

Cant remember about the second stick but on the psp go i never found it comfortable to play. I'd think that PS Vita it would be a lot more comfortable though.

I think its just ONE deal every 4 days going by the post on the PSN Blog, so from 1-4th is FIFA12, then 5-9 will be a different game.
