I ordered Hitman: Blood Money from them like 2 months ago but they run out of stock, even so they kept sending me emails that they're trying to get hold of it from a supplier and presto it arrived within two week even though the price had jumped three-fold and was out of stock pretty much everywhere. Must have been bad luck.

I didnt even know Zavvi had stores, thought it was just online like Play.
Give them another call. Tell them that you will return the item (unopened) under distant selling regulation act and order from else where. And if they still won't budge - return it and buy from else where.

I ve sent the message through the website, will see if they come back, easier then bleeding on the phone to somebody. Hope it will get delivered tomorrow so then I could send it back straight on. They said though that I will get charged for the delivery if I return it. I wonder if it is true considering delivery was free.

Or you could reject delivery? It'll end up in their warehouse (Zavvi).

It'll cost you to return it to them and due to a high value item, I wouldn't risk a cheap option as you'll need Special Delivery for insurance as if it gets lost in the post otherwise, you're screwed and Zavvi won't refund you. The cost of returning it isn't worth it for the £10 difference and you'll be more out of pocket. Only option is to ask to speak to someone higher and see if they will refund the difference.
