Playstation VR is pretty much sold out everywhere.

Amazon UK let me down - I ordered in October for 14th Nov delivery - but then they failed to deliver.

I spent 3 hours complaining to amazon and got nowhere. Other than realising they probably wont have stock in before Xmas.

I needed the VR for a birthday gift on 1st Dec so I spent a really long time shopping around online.

This deal from Amazon.de for £366 is the best option I found.

The point of posting is not the price - but that it is IN STOCK NOW.

Which is what I needed and what other parents ahead of Xmas may need.

Give me a break. Do you know for a fact that the scalpers are on benefits? If not, kindly refrain from spouting baseless nonsense.

more than likely. its hardly conjecture is it. be logical, its hardly like i said the queen has wings. so give me a break, and dont be so easily offended. i think we can safely assume that doctors and astronauts arent going out and buying vr headsets to sell for £30 margins after fees. some of you people on here

i was interested in the vr but it'll be a very expensive paper weight.

Conjecture is exactly what it is.

'the formation or expression of an opinion or theory without sufficient evidence for proof.'

People don't have to be on the dole to be on the lookout for extra income, and ebay is not the only place to sell things.

I'm not offended, just weary of baseless opinions like this being pushed as if they were fact. I'm not sure if it was you or someone else, but something similar was stated on another PS VR deal.

i know what conjecture is, presenting me with a definition is wholly unnecessary. if you are expecting quantitative and qualitative research into the sociology of scroungers im afraid you are going to be disappointed, and make do with passing statements.

if i were to comment that the sky was green, i would not evoke such a response from you.

this alone proves that a nerve has been struck. you are attacking because my comment emotionally affected you. most likely because it correlates with some truths and you do recognise this.

people on benefits and lazy stay at home mums and dads roam this place hoping for a deal to make a quick buck. if my observations offend you then feel free to ignore them as you alone are unable to police the Internet.

and to grow weary of such observations deems you slightly naive to say the least. id advise steering clear of the Internet and all digital mediums if you fail to cope with controversy or differing opinions.

are your benefits late by any chance?

Never ordered from amazon.de before - anyone know if you have to pay any taxes upon the item arriving in the UK?

No additional import duty or taxes (VAT is included in price quoted) - as we are still in the EU at the moment.

You said it's hardly conjecture. It was conjecture, hence why the definition seemed to be necessary. If you're aware of the definition, then it seems pretty intellectually dishonest to say that something isn't conjecture when you know well that it is.

Well we can check if 'the sky is green' is backed up by the evidence. The same cannot be said for your baseless opinion since you have no evidence for it.

this alone proves that a nerve has been struck. you are attacking because my comment emotionally affected you.

No, it doesn't. As I said, I'm weary of baseless opinions like this being pushed as if they were fact.

It's possible that some do. It's also possible that some employed people do the same. Looking to make a quick buck is not an activity that's exclusive to the former.

and to grow weary of such observations deems you slightly naive to say the least.

I'm not weary of observations. Once again, I'm weary of baseless opinions like this being pushed as if they were fact. You haven't observed anything, you're just guessing.

I'm not on benefits, I'm working abroad. Regardless, my work status wouldn't magically turn your conjecture into fact.
