Think i might make an easy £15 , got one reserved at argos, might just buy for 349 , go and sell for 365 to cex....or if someones after one in birmingham i got a code for argos as i just realised i cant be bothered myself lol

Ridiculous, cex showing their true colours!

I got one from Argos a couple days ago - there's sporadic stock in stores when reservations expire (one guy was selling a reservation code for £50 on eBay!!!)

Hotukjokedeals this site is becoming, people posting deals for the sole intention of joking.

Go to YouTube and watch funny animal videos if you need a laugh and stop cluttering this website.

Btw, I am joking, or maybe not..

They're also selling the Mini NES for way over £100+. RRP was £49.99.

Sold 2 of the Amazon Warehouse ones to CEX the other day. Only paid £265 so CEX can work in your favour when selling.

This is how supply and demand works so don't see the humour or sarcasm. With very limited availability world wide and people having received plentiful PS4s for Christmas the requirement is such that people will pay high prices especially with the likes of the new Resident Evil game. CEX is just preventing it's stock being bought up on the cheap and sold on eBay (as well as offering a fair price for people who've managed to get bored of vr) so that people who actually want the device will get it as right now there's more people trying to get a hold of them to sell them on than there are customers who need them. Hopefully the stock becomes unlimited soon and all the individual resellers who are pushing prices up are left with extra headsets and have to sell them off cheap to get rid of them!...Just like the fivers they'll have to accept a fiver for...at some point when they give up on that £80k dream. X)

What a con.

V2 will probably be out next year and do away with all the wires either that or Sony will just ditch it like they did with PSTV

Pretty tempted to shift mine while CEX are paying over RRP, then purchase again when there's a price drop or a decent library of games out.
#23
I might buy a few at this price to sell on eBay.
#24
Anyone that has actually used one wouldn't pay RRP let alone this.... supply and demand my backside.... it's stupid people only wanting what they can't have.... over priced and under featured. I know a few people that bought these and were very excited in the build up... all now very disappointed... it's just not worth owning one of these yet...

VR will end up just like Kinect a complete flop.

Totally disagree pal - I paid £349.99 for one for my daughter and she loves it. I played Driveclub VR on it yesterday and was very impressed. Yes, not many decent games yet but still some good stuff including the games on VR playroom. So well worth the money imo

I have yet to see a VR anything on any platform go hot yet!
#33
Have some heat! Some ridiculous prices in CEX......with that being said, made a few hundred quid with them on my PS4 and iPad mini trade-ins over the past few years :)
