Why the sudden drop in these games,OH got some from the Argos deal at the weekend but luckily he hasn't collected any yet.

I paid 24.99 a week ago. Amazon won't credit my account with a fiver. They are happy to arrange a free DPD pick up and post me out a new one at £19.99. I'm lost?

God knows,that doesn't make sense,unless it's because they want to make sure it's new/sealed .

still feels too much its a tech demo of what you can do in vr a small introduction with very little in the way of actual game argos had this on for 25 at launch, so its not that much of a discount really i picked it up for that and i felt ripped off especially when the excellent playroom is free and a lot more polished than this.

Luge is terrible and an unplayable mess of a game.
Scavenger's Odyssey is vomit inducing pap that's far to short and dull.
the heist is fun but not something you would play through more than once (shooting galley aside)
shark dive is a once and done to0 slow borefest that takes ten minutes to get to the shark bit.
and danger ball should be called FACE PONG!!! as its literally pong with your face as a bat

If they won't do it via Amazon Chat then after that there should be a survey where you could give them 1 star out of 5.

If you do that then you could escalate the matter and write an email message to explain that it is only sensible to credit the difference rather than waste further courier charges collecting and re-delivering the same thing again.

The escalation team usually have more common sense and are not limited by the system in the range of refunds that they could offer.

I rung them and they deducted £5.70 off my original price. It will be in the bank 5/7 days.
Plus they arranged free delivery for driveclub VR as I picked it up for £14 yesterday.
£15 is £15 imo.

That's very kind of you to give them negative feedback because you're bitter you spent £5 too much. If the price went down, would you give the money back to amazon?

I've got this impression from several people. They bulked it free in with the US launch pack (which was a really good saving given it included 2 x Move's + Camera + game for $100) but as expected from Sony Europe we got f-all.

I'll bite when it's £15

Try the demo before you buy. I actually think you get the some of the better content from the game included on the demo (the Heist shooting gallery & into the deep 10 min demo). Not sure if it's worth paying this much until it comes down in price.

I've had the refund before on a reduced item but a friend tried last week on a child's toy which had not yet arrived with her as dropped to £10 less and they refused and advised her to return, refund and replace. Crazy bonkers imo. I think it depends entirely on who answers your call!

It's a shame that the best game for PSVR (Rush of Blood) is so damn scary! Like others have said the best game on VR Worlds is the heist - with limited replay value. Others are a decent 'experience' but not really games. I think I've had more enjoyment from the free games and demos available. I recommend Eve Gunjack as that's a decent few hours of repetitive fun. Looking forward to having a go on the Battlefront X-Wing demo. But yeah, far more 'game' in Rush of Blood but I can only play it during the day!
