I purchased this from ebuyer a few months ago and once received was put up in around ten minutes! Great mount, does exactly what you want it to, and amazingly flexible!

Would recommend this to anyone
#2
Doesn't look big enough for a 37" LCD! Is it??
#3
How could I find if my TV would fit the VESA mounts?

It's a 32" TV.
#4
It includes all the VESA adapter plates to fit pretty much any size so you should be fine, I think it has a weight limit of 25 kilo

#6

#7
Takes up to a maximum weight of 36.4kg according to Ebuyer, the 32" Sony for example only weighs 15kg.

That one :D Techwood 32". (Model number is 32832)

I've seen on various websites for mounts that support it, it doesn't mention anything on the box or anything about VESA but there is holes on the back for mounting,so idk.
#11
I brought a similar mount that supposedly supported up to 32" and 25kgs.

It wouldn't take my 26" weighing 14kgs.

The weight of the bigger tv's on the arm will lever it making it wonky and the bit that screws to the wall is far too small.

So the reviews on the site are lies?

garys1984 up above has one, you don't...

I'm a mechanical engineer and it looks fine to me, wouldn't have ordered one otherwise.

SIMILAR - is that code for I bought something different??????????????

Excellent deal, havent bought my lcd yet however will stock up on this now

For the guys needing more info on the mounting specs of their tv's, probs best to look here,

http://www.avforums.com/forums/lcd-brackets-mounts/

If you've already got the tv you can just measure the distance between the holes, most tv's having 4 holes. For guidance, you should see a threaded insert inside each hole that will accept the fixing screws.

Do the reviews on the site say what size / weight TV's they mounted? NO!

Only giving an insight trying to help people out.... if it works out for you then congratulations... i'm sure you'll come back and let us all know. If not then i'm sure you'll also come back and let us know....

Its obvious though that the fixing combination on that bracket is stupid... any latteral movement of a 20kg tv is going to pull the screws from the wall....

As I said, only giving an insight into a similar product... something for people to look out for if they do buy it.

next time i'll keep my mouth shut.... afterall, this site isn't about helping people is it

Nice one

Congratulations on getting a dictionary for Christmas although you may want to check your definition:

"like: resembling or similar; having the same or some of the same characteristics"

Was a stud wall mate but I was attaching straight into the stud, not the wall.

Have since got a much better bracket with more fixing points and its loads better.

To be honest its just the weight of the tv on the extending arm levering against two screw points...
#21
Have this one, easily put up, sturdy solid metal holds to my 32" well.
#22
so let me get this right this will fix to a wall, at the left hand side but angel corner on ? thats what i need, havnt got my tv yet but planning to go for a 32 inch , missed out ont eh sony bargain for JL..
#23
Alternative cheaper product still from ebuyer is this at only £14.94

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/130793

This only extends 10" instead of 20" and more for the lighter tv as it holds 22kg instead of 36kg
#24
Im sure this will work fine but i wouldnt hang my tv from any wall by 2 screws ill pass on this and look for one with more anchor points , good price though.

Great price too but remember with only one arm the relative position of the tv will change when it swings away from the wall, ie, the tv will move left or right, depending on which way you have the bracket mounted.
#26
do they make anything suitable for ****** new house style plasterboard walls?
#27
I've had this exact bracket for around 5 months now with no probs at all. Ok, so I have only got a 24" LCD monitor weighing approx 17Kg on it at the moment, but a lot of the newer LCD TVs are getting lighter models now and 36Kg will be enough for most of them even beyond 42" size.
Took me maybe 30 mins to get mine fixed to the wall how I like it... but I like to make sure it's in there pretty tight - even tested it by jamming on it with almost all my weight and it didn't budge (The wall is made of breeze blocks and plaster/cement though, so don't try this on a stud wall)

I for one am very pleased with the bracket, though when I bought it months ago it was still only around the same price as this is advertised at - so not sure whether it's a DEAL or not?
#28
Nice price, easily modified.

Hot.

Will this fit an an LG 32LG7000?

Just bought this off the curry's deal.. out of stock everywhere apparently.. so yeah.. is this good for LG?

Cant find the vesa compatibility info for this anywhere.. so annoyed.
#30
Hi,
Can anyone recommend a good wall bracket for a 46" LCD tv?
The tv is Sharp Aquos LC46XD1E.
Many thanks
#31
Looks pretty good. Have any of you ever fit the bracket to a chimney breast rather than a stud wall?
#32
vesa standard normally 50mm. 75mm, 100mm and 200mm, depending on size of tv, the smallest would be for 15" tv, but for me hardly worth putting this size tv on a wall, if ur tv has 4 screw holes on the back, in a square, measure between any 2 holes to get the size, brackets can have holes in various configurations and will fit 2 or 3 sizes, personally i would not be too keen on putting a 37" on this bracket unless u had a good fix to wall, i.e into brick not plasterboard.
#33
Plasterboard is fine to fix stuff to, just use the right fixings

http://www.diydoctor.org.uk/projects/fixingtoplasterboard.htm

I hang huge double rads with the metal fixings shown on above link and never had one drop off yet

Just find a stud mate and fix into that... I have mine like that and its solid.

I got this bracket for my 26"

http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B001628BRA

Fixed it in at 4 points (all stud) but could do manty more if wanted...

I had to quote this as you probably don't realise that ebuyer don't post any negative reviews at all, look at every rated/reviewed product on ebuyer and EVERTHING is 4/5 stars (usually 5) as only the positive gets through, and the neutrak.negative is moderated out..

I would like to put my Sony Bravia KDL32V4000 in a 90 degree corner, would this bracket have enough length and movement on it to mount it in a corner?

If there is a solid wall behind the plasterboard buy some long screws and fit into the wall, as I did with kitchen cupboards. If it is a stud wall fix to the stud.

Yes, am pretty sure that this is the type of bracket that you need but they're now sold out.
#39
