They are on it 2 hours a day and the noise is horrendous. And now they are on holiday it's going 6 hours a day! and i work from home. I'm going to sneak in and cut it i think. Bar humbug

Surely that's a better design so the kids don't land on the net if they get near the edge therefore more prone to ripping it?
Also, if kids take turns rather than all go at once they can sit on the mat around the edge inside.
As an aside, I tried to order this before 3 times from Tesco and they were appalling, none turned up to store even though I received confirmation text and emails.
Tesco customer service is as bad as their new online system :(
Out of stock already anyway before I'd decided whether safe or not!

I had the same problems, it was due to their new computer system at the time but hopefully that is fixed now.
Otherwise i assembled this in just over an hour, witha bad back, very simple just follow the instructions on this one as the springs can be very hard to install if you do not install them in the correct order. It say's you need two people to install it, but at no time did i fell i needed anyone helping me.
This is a solid trampoline , very sturdy and the wind does not move it even a little.
