No stock for C&C in Leicester

I thought that too but it's part of the January Sale. Cracking deal, I bought one to DIY replace our programmer but it doesn't work for older gravity fed systems and only fully pumped systems. Just a heads up as I had to return it. Ended up getting Hive instead.

I haven't got a clue about this type of thing. All I know is we can't control our Worcester Combi boiler by thermostat...
Can I connect this to my boiler? There are some diagrams on the last page of the manual - is this how to connect it to the boiler?
Any help greatly appreciated!

My local has 2 in stock. No use for me though as i can get these half price with staff discount.

yeah, what boilers will this work with?
#9
For 2 channel devices. in other words if you have timed heating and timed hot water (not a combi boiler)
#10
would this not work for combi at all?

I can't vouch for which page but your manual will show you which terminals to connect to inside the boiler.

I currently have a British Gas Model UP2 Timer installed with a gravity fed system.

Will this work as a replacement?

What is the added value of this over my current model?

There is apparently contradictory advise above (or I have misunderstood) that this does not work with a gravity fed system and then other saying that this does not work with a combi.

Please clarify if this does work with a Combi?
Will it be a simple straight swap?
What would be the added benefit?

NB, currently I have a wired room temperature thermostat.

Thanks for your anticipated feedback.
