Lots of complaints about poor service after number porting on their forums and I know from experience that getting through to Plusnet customer services can be a very time consuming business...........as a Plusnet Broadband user I'm tempted by their low mobile prices but I'm spooked by the porting complaints.

Lots of complaints about poor service after number porting on their forums and I know from experience that getting through to Plusnet customer services can be a very time consuming business...........as a Plusnet Broadband user I'm tempted by their low mobile prices but I'm spooked by the porting complaints.
Ours took two days but i've never had to call customer service! I suppose individual circumstances differ! But once on i've never experienced problems! Just a few dropped calls but always the same transmitter might be an EE problem!

But for £1 i'm not complaining

Plusnet are scum. Their customer service ticket system is ****, can take over a week to update a ticket and call staff are jobsworth jokers and that's when you've waited 20 mins on hold to get thru.

Yeah apparently the mass has been "fixed" now. However they've only just recommended a "sim replacement" I don't work in telecom industry and thought that would of been obvious lol
