And me! That opt in offer was and still is outstanding. I missed it. My Mrs was on it. Because I missed it I rang up and retentions applied it for me

does this allows thetering?

yes.

been with plusnet for about 6 weeks, no one could call me on three occasions each time they said it was a mast issue though once they were going to send out a new sim, turns out that the 3 occasions was actually much more than that as I later find out I had missed calls from hospital and doctors. called up for PAC over the weekend and given it without any questions asked, which would have been good normally but all I wanted was someone to fix the issue. Called back to reduce the package I was on while I move to someone else, told the guy why and no response. :(

Have had problems with some masts but more that it just cuts off as goes to zero bars then back to full! But only happened in a certain area! Otherwise been great my mrs is on £10 for 1500 mins and unlimited textsNd 4gb data and she is happy with it don't think she would go down to this! I'm still on the £1 a month 2,000 mins, 5,000 texts and 1gb data more than enough for me and been 11 months now! Hope they forget about it!

Ask to speak to retentions for
Mrs and say give me unlimited mins and text and 4g of data or you're leaving. They'll do it like they done for me

This is a great deal if you are looking for a 12 month contract. And three hasn't failed me for the last 5 years (just mentioning this as they had a bad start).

EE has a far better 4g network than three and also he was quoting the esentials plan and it was £1 more so i think i would use plusnet to save £1 a month and have tethering in my deal! Maybe you don't agree but thats how i see the plusnet deal to be better!

PLEASE READ (and sorry for the shouting)

Plusnet is having issues porting numbers from other providers, so if you do take this offer, wait a few days to port your current number. I got a new line and started the porting process last week, and now my old line is unusable... which sucks.

I called their customer services number who told me "there's more information about this problem on the website"... where I wonder.

OMG I got my mate a deal 2 weeks ago and yes it did take them nearly a full week to port it. Thought it was just a one off. "Operations" took ages to port it over

That's not just plusnet have a Google, very high percentage of ports are messed up across the whole phone network. Been moving around for the last 6 months, all family, first 3, 2 had problems then had no issues since. Sadly when it goes wrong it takes most companies ages to fix.

Wasn't originally a retention deal you had to opt in for it when Plusnet took over life mobile. But I had mine through retentions as I missed the cut off thingy. And you're welcome!

Yes i was talking about the deal he posted lol wondered why you were getting upset! But also you raise a point EE uses 4.5g and i don't think plusnet do! So Probably EE is faster! I know with 3g you had 3.5g which was H and 3.75g which was H+ i know EE people are getting 80mb/sec and with plusnet its only the original 4g

Do they let data allowance carry over? I assume not since there's no mention.

No, Plusnet don't have a scheme / offer that allows any unused data to rollover to the next month.

Because my mate waited a week they give him five months line rental discount so pays nothing for 5 months and because he took out cash back of 12 via tcb actually
Works out six months before a direct debit is taken... All this because number took a week to PAC over... His number was floating around in cyber space

Been looking for 6 to 7 weeks for a deal to go on now contract at the end. This topped the lot for me so got in touch with EE, they actually matched it in the retentions department. Otherwise would have grabbed my PAK code and gone.
