I just received 2 which I ordered yesterday. Also free delivery

Also 3 for 2 if you ask for them to be ordered to store (or your home address) via a carphone warehouse store.

Looks like they are all out of stock now. Expired

Appreciate this been waiting for an sd card deal to pop up !!

Remember that the adapter is included to make these full size SD cards for cameras and such.
#7
anybody with real read write speed numbers?
#8
Read speed 50 mbps. is it class 1? There is 1 written on the card, which (usually) indicates class
#9
any benchmarks?

Just been to a Carphone Warehouse store.
You can ask them to order these to store or to your address.
If you order it instore it's also on 3 for 2!

I went instore & the staff had to check on computer, there are 400 of the 32gb in stock nationally. You'll have to preorder and pay then collect when they send a text. I've ordered the 3 for 2 deal, great stuff thanks!

Nice to hear people are making use of the 3 for 2 :D

I went into store and they said that they were the price marked, and I would have to order online if I wanted them at the deal price, finally got the order done online by selecting collect from store and then it sent them to a different store to the one I selected!

The store would be able to order it in for you using the product code for each item. Had this done for a friend of mine today at Hammersmith. One of the sales reps was new so didn't know how and then the manager came over and showed her.

Great deal, I cant see the 3for2 though?
#21
yeah how do you access the 3 for 2 online? cheers x

You can not access the 3 for 2 instore.
You need to go into a store and ask them to order the products for you. ALL stores are able to do this.
If the item is ordered via store, the price is the same as online.

Thanks for this. Ordered a 64 and it arrived today. Haven't had a chance to benchmark, however for those interested SD Insight reports it as Phison Electronics Corp. SD64G (I checked as I recently got 'stung' by a dodgy Lexus forgery which crapped out on me very quickly!)

Thanks again.

There's some benchmarks for that card here:

they cancelled my order

I went to the local CPW and they had none in stock. They tried to sell me Sandisk instead. I had to convince them that they sold this in other stores and that they could order it for me. They asked me three times why I didn't just order it online and three times I had to explain that the three-for-one offer didn't apply. They couldn't find the cards on their system and I had to Google them and show them myself.

Eventually I got them to order three 32 GBs and three 64 GBs.

In short, be prepared to have to harangue a reluctant staff to get you this deal.

Unfortunately it is quite hit and miss. Its a mixture of some people not knowing what they're doing and not wanting to.
Fortunately at my local store, whilst one of the people didn't know what they were doing (possibly new), the manager was on hand to do it.
Glad to hear you got them in the end :)

Not quite yet. They told me they'd be in on Monday. I tried calling to check before going in but it rang out, so I tried my luck. It turns it's one working day and they phone you first, so they *should* arrive today but I haven't heard anything yet. Fingers crossed! I think I just got unlucky with the sales assistants I was dealing with.

Collected two 64gb ones up that were ordered online from Hartlepool today. Their computer said quantity mismatch, when I went in??? They made me pick something else to the value of one card (£12.99) to make up the 3 for 2 offer....bonus I didn't even ask!
Ordered 2 32gb ones in store on the 3 for 2 offer while I was there :-)

Yeah similar experience to me at the Hayes CPW store. The guy says he can't order any because he doesn't have the item in stock to scan?! He played dumb and I eventually gave up.

H2testw:
12.3MB average write and 63MByte read

You get 25/90MB when writing smaller amounts, but obviously h2testw fills the entire drive.

Not bad speed I ordered today
product codes
32gb 19793841
64gb 19793701
if that helps
