DDR3 is the next generation of DDR memory. DDR3 memory features faster speeds, greater bandwidth, lower power consumption and enhanced thermal performance. Although DDR3 modules are the same physical dimension as DDR2 and DDR modules, the plug-in connector configuration is different and as such DDR3 modules are not compatible with PCs requiring DDR2 modules, and vice-versa.

Memory Size: 2GB
Memory Type: PC3-10660 DDR3
Memory Speed: 1333MHz
Form Factor: 240pin for Desktop Computers
Compatible with DDR3 Mainboards only!
Cas Latency : CL9

Hot. I just got a 6gb kit from Novatech for my new Dell xps. I now have three 1gb sticks of 1067mhz DDR3 going cheap that I swapped out of the dell within days of getting it, in case anyone wants something not quite up to this spec. :)
