I suppose if I wanted to have a 'disposable' cheap camera to give to the kids to play with or put in a place it might get destroyed, this would work. Otherwise, it's a bad, bad camera and not worth someone's time.
But if I wanted to take bad pictures of explosions and car crashes from the inside this might work.

Agreed that its been a long time since they were worth anything more than £4. I remember buying one when they first came out for about £40, but these days worth nothing, Time flies.

Did it ever occur to any of you that this might be a good cam to keep in the glove box to use for pictures of an accident? Insurance companies would surely pay out more readily if you had photographic evidence of the unfortunate incident. It is worth a few quid to find out in my opinion. Heat added.

Almost all phones have better cameras than this built in. I do see your point though,

I keep a disposable film camera for accidents (still had one). I suppose it might do for that but the resolution would be very poor. My phone has a better camera (as mentioned by n00b) and that's what I did when I was in a bus accident last year.

would be a good price like 5+ years ago

My kids have a couple similar to this, (not the same).
Main problems are that the sensor is a CMOS type which needs a lot of light, ( indoors will very rarely work).
And the pictures only stay in memory as long as the battery is powered. Now as the memory is constantly taking power from the battery it doesn't last very long. (A matter of hours when not in use). So any pictures need a fresh battery and must be downloaded very soon afterwards.
There isn't enough info on the Play site to confirm this is the case, but it would seem likely.(Read the reviews)
I would buy a camera like this for the kids if it didn't have these problems, however it seems to be par for the course with these cheapo ones.

It may have been a good price 10 years back but when taking pictures with this camera, a persons head will end up looking like a beehive. the only thing it may be good at is throwing it at annoying people who do not cross the road quickly, then again make sure that you aint taken any pictures on it, actually the picture quality is so poor it wouldnt matter if you had taken pictures with it and thrown it at someone in the street!!!!
