This calendar makes the prediction that Pokemon will still be relevant in 2017 :(

My kids start to slowly go off the latest fad just after I have bought the stuff, then have zero interest left by the time it is actually their birthday or Xmas. :(

I was in my local game on Wednesday and they had them on the counter at £4.99. Didn't see them until I had been served and started walking away but couldn't be bothered to line up again, I'm going in tomorrow and will pick one up.

Game are so inconsistent with prices. I hardly buy anything in store now because it's probably cheaper online. They even state on their site prices may differ in stores

Pokemon isn't a fad, its fairly old. There are Pokemon fans out there, If your kids have asked for sun/moon or played any of the nintendo DS/ gameboy Pokemon then they likely really like Pokemon and this would be suitable.

Yeah. I was in the store to pick up the stupidly cheap skylanders from click and collect.

you do realise is has been conssitantly relevant for more than 20 years now? it may not have been as mainstream until this year brought it back into the spotlight but its very much been going strong through cartoons, games, toys etc since its creation.
