Ahh, don't know what to do! GAME normally have it pretty cheap on release day, about £22 and you get the strategy guide half price for preordering. This is very tempting though, heat added!

HG/SS were £25 on release at GAME and considering the Pokéwalker I thought that was a good price. And as for the strategy guide I like to have the official ones to go with my Pokémon collection. Each to their own I suppose though.

i think a guide is very useful because when you have a DS you aint always near a computer to access a guide online

    What.

Black and White 2 are direct sequels to Black and White. The story, for the first time, follows on directly with the characters in the first ones a few years older and have new roles such as gym leaders or professor assistants. I thought everyone knew this? Or is it just the real fans?

He asked if it was worth buying. Which, unless people on here have imported them from Japan, they wouldn't know.

Having both original unova games, i chose black 2 as the original black game has the better story imo, as the good guy with a demonic looking black dragon seemed weird to me. Also since seeing N and his zekrom in a trailer making an appearance. I figured i'd stick with the sequel to the better version as better story means it's more enjoyable and it'ld have more replay factor. However saying all that, the original white had better gameplay (cleaner, less industrialised environments, Iris instead of Drayden ETC) ...

I was replying to you and saying nobody knows is false. There's constant news on any decent game website any time updates about the english version are released. If you go anywhere near ONM or Kotaku then it's harder to miss it than read it. If you're going to buy a game, don't just do it for the sake of it. I could of played this game in english months ago if I wanted but chose to wait for the official release because of the amount of hassle it takes to play it in english right now.

Pokemon game are really straightforward anyway. The only thing good about the guide is that they usually have a pokedex with the list of pokemon moves etc..., although the guide for black and white was a farce as they released the guide and pokedex separately, so as to make more money.
