Get a Sony
#4
for that money yes you can get a sony but will have to cut the size by about 8"
#5
I don't know what Polaroid after-sales is like bur I do know that Sony's is disgraceful. so on that note I have to advise against a Sony.

Asda were doing these for £286 a few months ago. Will probably drop again soon. Link
Edit- sorry different model. Feel there is much better out there for 500 quid.

I know, I edited my post when I noticed.
What about a Panasonic for £50 extra Link
Not 3D but that's dead anyway and dreadful on cheap TVs

Or model down for £479 with 5 years warrant at Richer sounds. Link

If your insistent on 3D then you will probably want to up your budget or drop the screen size.

Or if you were planning on buying the warranty for £60 what about this for £579.95 with 5 year warranty. Link

Basically what i'm trying to say is 500 quids a lot for a generic tv.

You have to shake these and put under your arm to get a picture.

Hmm, if I had £500 to spend on a TV I wouldn't go for a cheap brand like this.
#12
Go ahead and buy the polaroid tv, you'll soon get the picture :|
