Would probably be better getting the Hanspree 32" from Ebuyer, same or better specs with bigger screen.

if its polaroid it will probably show one channel but have a blank screen for another lol

Agreed, the Hanspree has a good spec, however some would prefer a 26" apposed to a 32" LCD. The picture quality appears better & it fits where I need it to.

Anyone else prefer 26"?

Not when the same spec for a better TV with a bigger size is available for the same price! Strange thinking.

If I could buy a 19” or 26” TV for my bedroom at the same price I’d go for the smaller one as it fits my purposes better.
If all TVs cost the same price I still wouldn’t be interested in a 50” TV for my lounge or a 32” TV for the kitchen. There is such a thing as being too large for intended purpose.

Thank God, someone agrees, I was starting to think I was the only one. Just because the TV fits well in my room, I get slated for buying a TV, which DOES have a good picture (for the money), and is the cheapest one in it's class !

Thanks

Should of got the Bush 26" for the same price from sainsburys or argos, same spec + digital tuner + better picture.

Alternatively the Techsonic (whatever the name is) is only £249 atm, 26" and pretty much in same league as this.

Speakers at the side you see. Makes it bigger in size........ I know someone with a bush (not in that way) They say the pic is poor.

Where did you see the Techsonic? Was it Tescos, if so this is discontinued !

Both in sainsburys, and the picture quality is great for the price. Considering its on continuously and has only been switched on with the standard settings sharing the signal with 15 other tvs.

Oh and i believe from memory that the speakers are on the bottom. Silver = frame, black = speaker at the bottom

Polaroid struggle to make good cameras nowadays accept their instant ones of course, and i never knew they made tvs til now! :giggle:

Me! Anything bigger just tends to totally dominate whatever room you're in. I'm looking for 26inch (or even a bit smaller) and have noted that richer Sounds often do a good deal. I have a question for the techy types who know these things though :) I want it wall mounted but in a corner. I've seen lots of wall mounts but they all appear to expect you to put the telly flat against a flat wall.
Question is in two parts, your starter for 10:
1) Is there a wall mount for a corner?
2) Would it be OK to build a corner shelf and just sit the telly on it?

thanks in anticipation.
