The World's Smallest Digital Portable Photo Printer-Great Xmas Pressie for the young ones---on all them new mobile phones!!

Most printers sit on a desk, plugged in to a PC and the mains. Polaroid PoGo sits in your hand, no wires, no mess and no fuss! Barely bigger than your mobile phone, and coming in at a lightweight 8 ounces, this amazing PoGo can print anywhere, anytime.

Inkless Paper
Zero Ink (ZINK) technology simply means NO INK, so gone are the days of replacing expensive cartridges, ribbons or print heads. All you have to do is buy ZINK Photo Paper which is available in 10, 30 and 70 packs.

Bluetooth Printing From Your Mobile Phone
Here is the really clever part, how about printing wirelessly using Bluetooth from your mobile phone? Take a snap on your camera mobile phone, connect your phone with the Polaroid PoGo Instant Mobile Printer using Bluetooth and wirelessly print your photos. Amazing!

Sticky Backed Prints
Each PoGo print is a handy 2" x 3" with no white borders. Not only that but if you want to you can peel the back off and stick your pictures anywhere you like. Perfect for the fridge, the album or even to wear as a badge! A handy sized print to carry with you.

60 Seconds Printing Time
Watch as your photos print in under a minute from the simply breathtakingly small Polaroid PoGo Instant Mobile Printer! The little time it takes to print a photo enables you to print more copies of your favourite photo and share it with your friends immediately!

Pictbridge Printing
The PoGo even has a USB connection so that you can conveniently plug in your digital camera, connect via Pictbridge using a USB cable and print off your snaps. Right before your eyes!

Rechargeable Battery
The latest in rechargeable lithium-ion battery technology. Charge fully or just charge for 5 minutes to print only a couple of pictures. Don't worry about losing power - the fully-charged battery will produce up to 15 prints.

ZINK Technology
ZINK stands for Zero Ink - a new and simpler approach to printing where high quality, colourful, durable and affordable prints are created -- all without a drop of ink. The ZINK Technology encompasses both the ZINK Paper and the intelligence embedded in every ZINK-enabled device. Over 100 patents and patents pending were generated in the development of this breakthrough technology.

The patented ZINK Paper is an advanced composite material with embedded yellow, magenta and cyan dye crystals, activated with 200 million heat pulses, in 30 seconds, in a single pass. With 100 billion crystals in a 2 x 3 inch print, the paper is 100-percent inkless. A ZINK-enabled printer uses heat to activate and colourize these crystals. Because there is no ink, every ZINK-enabled device has the benefits of being small, simple and ecu-friendly

The Perfect Gift
With all these wonderful features and affordable price, the Polaroid PoGo will make the perfect gift for any of your friend and family

i managed to get some of the paper from a store in stafford there were none of the pack of 10's left but i got packs of 30 for £1.97 bogof so if you have one of the older style pc worlds its worth asking a member of staff if they have any of these left

Does the print quality of an inkless printer match that of a normal photo printer?

It's not brilliant - the same as a polaroid if you ask me but it's a fun little contraption and the wife loves hers...

Here's a review:

http://www.digicamreview.com/2008/12/polaroid-pogo-mobile-printer-mini.html

Prints out small 3" x 2" sticker sized photos, low print quality.

Totally agree. The Pogo employee don't even like them.. ha ha

P.S However , if it is £5 then I might buy one of these to play around.

Thank you very much for supplying that. I tried my local store (Braehead) and they have none. Heads up for anyone near Perth though as they have 40 packs left.

well it probably can but then it will be pretty damn small, would be no good for ryanair online check in for example.

Only if it's a photo of the text. You can't print from PC or laptop. Do you really need a 2" x 3" sticker of your travel confirmation? Prints from phone using bluetooth or camera using Pictbridge.

is this really true?? can't you just screen grab and copy the image to your camera and print?

Everyone who's not having to pay their own phone bill today needs to ring PC World, just to p*** them off. I've just rung their 0844 number to ask a perfectly valid question: "Is this item available in X or Y store?" and got a complete turnip telling me they don't sell it at all and I've to ring Partmaster to order it, but they can sell me laser printer A4 size for £24.99. Completely clueless. Says they don't sell it anywhere in the country, and Perth and Stafford don't sell it either.

Reason I asked was some of the Car hire companies overseas whilst allowing you to book online (which is great when you`re in-between places) still require a paper document upon collection....I have been caught out many a time with this problem.
They do not specify the size of the document just as long as its readable:thinking:

Play.com have a pack of 70 sheets for £10.99 with free delivery which works out @ 15p per pic...not too bad I suppose!
