I may be wrong but isnt this a low Resolution: 640 x 480 for a frame this size ?
They have this for the same price without discount in ToysRus if anyone needs one on the high street.
anyone had any experience with the digital frames that you can email photos to?

ifso any recommendations?

We've got one of these, my Mrs paid £90 for it last year. Its a very decent frame to be honest, especially at this price!

is the actual screen 10" (I assume 10 x 8"?) or is the frame 10"?

640 x 480 in a10" area is actually quite good, most 10" netbooks are 1024 x 600 and old old old 14" crt monitors which alot of people spent their day siting in front of were 1024x768. Also nearly every 7" photo frame is 480x234, morking it out doesn't that mean there are nearly twice as many pixels per inch in this 10" model than most 7" ones?

Yes, it's very poor.

Agree, good size for the price but I have two, both 8" and both 800x600: a Toshiba L80 (more stylish) and a BT eFrame 1000 (easier to use, with a remote), both for around £43 or less from deals here, I much prefer the higher res personally.

It's not VERY poor at all.
Actually it is quite poor. I would not buy anything 8" or above without a 800x600 resolution. Having said that, this is good for gifting. Infact the 10"I am buying is 1024x600..
We've had two of these, but both arrived damaged (and were returned) there's too much additional cabling in the box which presses down in the frame in shipping and leaves marks which won't polish out.

Picture quality was ace though - if you can get an unblemished one you won't be unhappy.
