#5

#6
Just nabbed one :)
#7
Really nice looking :)

Yep, couldn't resist. Ordered. 4 left on Amazon, it says 5 but mine just hasn't dispatched yet. I've got 6 watches already as well! Might eBay one or two to help justify this buy. Costs £150+ elsewhere.

A former work colleague and I were saying we never buy steel bracelet watches because our arm hair gets trapped between the links and pulls. Painful. Then I thought, just trim the bloody hair around the wrist! :-D

Hot. Got one myself last night

I was expecting some sort of computer related function with the IP thing. What is the IP thing on this?

The silver one's a bit cheaper.
#11
tempted... how can we know how big it is on a wrist?

lol ion plated steel. Makes the surface finish impeccable and enables a higher rate of wear resistance by incorporating a titanium nitride layer.

Lol, I was just thinking it might be just that as well. So obvious when you think about it. :whistling:
#14
I'd be interested if it didn't have such prominent branding.
#15
I really like this, but I have ultra skinny wrists, can links be taken out??

Yes, you can take links out.

:w00t:lovely looking watch and great price!

I've already got a police watch, great watch and looks good. I paid £150 for it and it looks 10x better than the watch displayed above. So I doubt the watch above has ever been worth £190.

mate, why dont you do a google search around some of the official police retailers and see exactly how much it sells for,it ranges from £135 - £180 quid,so in my book £59 quid is a bargain
#20
Very nice at that price
#21
nice but...I want another fake rolex :(
My last 1 broke in a night club, the glass top bit must hav fell off cos it weren't there in the morning

One big mistake I made was wasting money on a fake Omega Seamaster. Loads of the dots fell off around the bezel and it was just basically cheap rip off tat - as you'd expect really. Never again.

Same here! :w00t: All from Amazon too!
#24
Hot for me and ordered - only two more christmas presents to buy now
#25
I ordered one of these last week and it came through pretty quick (about 3 working days.) Looks really nice but is pretty heavy/bulky and is taking some getting used to.

I had to get some links taken out but for some reason, they couldn't take out as many as I hoped and it is a little bit loose on the wrist (one more would have been perfect.) If you have very small wrists I wouldn't go for it.

Still, for the money, very happy and still think it looks the nicest out of the ones on there. The black colouring makes it a bit different.
#26
retail price 195?!

LOL!

Ill pay £25 max

really gorgeous watch
#28
There's a wrist measure tape in the box and an address to send it to along with a £5 delivery charge so they can remove links.
My favourite local jewellers will do it for a fiver without all the posting so easier that way.
#29
Last watch I bought came with a link removal tool. :x

This one looks pretty good. What's the one that looks 10x better? it'd be good to check it out just in case is worth the extra money... thanks!
#31
Looks are subjective though. What adgloride, or you or me, thinks is a great looking watch might all be different. Plenty on the Amazon website though so just search/browse?
#32
Got mine today, thanks again to the OP. Its a weighty beast but looks the duggs danglies.
#33
Does anyone with this watch know how to remove links and what took i should use? From what ive read they should just push out but im having no luck from either side of the pin.

If not i'll take it to a shop/stall to get it done as opposed to paying for postage + £5.

Just take it to a jewellers or risk knackering it.
#35
Looks like i'll have to, thought it would be simple :(
#36
Ok that sounds like a foolish question but, how does the bracelet closes?
I cannot close the watch and wonder if something is missing... on one side I have the closing system, on the other side just the links... and the links do not fit into the closing system...
I don't underdstand! someone please help?
#37
It folds into itself and there's a button on the side of the buckle below the Police logo which unlocks the clasp.

You might be better showing it to someone else who has worn steel bracelets before.

A decent jeweller removed links from mine yesterday for a fiver and it fits perfect now, no problem.
#38
Have been able to adjust a lot of watches in the past, but having no such luck with this one!

Oh well will have to remember to take it to jeweller sometime, no rush as i have quite a few watches! In the mean time if anyone manages to crack it (not litterally!) let me know as things like this always bug me!
#39
Now back up to £100 or so.
