Have Pontins been bought out yet after going into administration?
#6
according to the website they are still in administration

Think what kind of people read the daily star, & potentially on your holiday with you. No thanks

I'd rather have the free muffins - or not have to read the Daily Star :P.

You'd be better off keeping your £3 - any money says Pontins aren't around next summer.

I agree with what is said above .... do you really want to spend time anywhere near people who think a £3 holiday is as good as sliced bread???? NO THANKS!!!!!

£3 a night is probably the going rate for The Star . . .

Went a couple of years ago - terrible dirty accomodation and staff who couldn't care less. Doubt its got any better - so even £3 a night is too much!

Went to a weekender at Pontin Southport. Alright for that, but wouldn't like to think I was having a holiday there... Even if it is cheap...
#14
its a dump no thanks

Went to Southport Pontins on a cheapie weekend last year in Top accommodation that was only fit to keep animals in.
If you like the smell of dirty hair, BO and chip fat, you'll love the entertainment building.
Even if they were giving them away, we wouldnt go again.

Afraid I have to agree with a few comment booked these on the Suns £9.50 breaks and it really wasn't great/ It made Butlins look 5 star. It reminded me of Holiday on the Buses, except it hadn't been upgraded. Defo wouldn't go back to a Pontins. Only did it cos it was nearer that Butlins!
