  Solid aluminium and well built with rubberised protection at rest points
  Also comes with a travel pouch

  Amazon has never priced this at £24.99, although it did once hit £19.99 for a day.
  £24.99 is the inflated and mythical RRP.
  It is actually down from £5.05, so that's 6p saved.
  Or if you're patient, wait until it drops to £2.99 again.
  Still a good price for the item, but don't for one minute succumb to the marketing hype.

  having had a second look, although the finish looks like anodised aluminium I think your right, its to heavy for aluminium
  Interesting to note though it's not magnetic...
