I thought these heat pads from Poundland were a very good deal. You stick them on your skin and they heat up and stay heated for 7 hours. You get 2 for a pound which i think it a good deal. They are quite warm and are good for camping

I'd rather have some Cold ones, 29c today, good when abroad, crap when you have to go about the daily grind!

my house can heat for 20 people in it at a time, it heats all around people and not just a patch.

Heating a whole person would cost loads and all 20 people even more

(The next answer is I do import and export of people hence having 20)

My chiropractor says these are the worst thing for back pain. Heat = inflammation. Much better with a cooling gel

I remember waking up to one stuck on my bum a few years back (an adhesive heat pad). It was originally on my lower back. Cue "hot ass" comments. They're great, though.

My meteorologist says they come in handy when it's cold though.

Wouldn't really say they were 'hot' enough to keep you warm. Much better with another jumper ;)

Got to give these heat.

Ive used these when Ive experienced pain spasms in my back and I think theyre great. I find heat helps with my back pain but cooling pads dont

These stick to your clothes only, not for skin contact.

same price and in home and bargains

They are great for back pain but don't sleep with one on as they can become very hot and potentially burn.
