Nice price, especially as I'm almost out of my £1 lidl specials.Anyone tried this in an espresso machine or aeropress?
Lidl special again this weekend..500g for 1.99 :D
If it's the Bellarom Gold 100% Arabica Ground Coffee it's really nice! Bought it last time it was on offer, assuming that it'd be rubbish and really enjoyed it! :)

I love strong coffee I also got this for a £1 BUT I find that it is very weak, I assume it is meant as an iced summer drink

Standard medium (strength 3 to 4 I reckon) Arabica coffee, got this about 2 months ago and is a nice flavoured coffee. I use it in an express machine and it is fine, just do not expect the same kick/strength as a darker roasted express coffee.
Thanks very much gadget68 :D

I have also found them in Glasgow, so I think it must be nationwide, if you are lucky enough to be near a Poundworld!
I found these in Poundland in Sheffield at the Heeley retail park.
Worth stocking up for Xmas stocking fillers I think

Too be fair the boxes that morrisons have for £3 when they have them are 30 pack boxes, so this is a better deal but if I go to a Poundland/poundworld/poindstretcher it is because I want something for a £1, not £3.50!!
nath2808
wow thanks bought 50 boxes

F. hell!
oO Must be crisps -
sorry, must be CRACKERS! :D

Edited By: jnigel26 on Jul 20, 2017 16:21
**** poor deal. They're always around this price, Morrisons have them regularly at 3 quid. Plus they're **** crisps.
40 packs £3.50 (1000grams total)
Lidl last weekend had their hand-cooked crisps on offer 39p (nicer than above rubbish) 150gms, so 7 packs = 1050gms for almost a quid less than this rubbish. £2.73.
Plus I hate Prawn Cocktail, but not as much as I hate Salt and LINEKER! :p

oh i bet these batteries are far better than energiser or duracell ;)
cheap batteries are a false economy, and the likes of poundworld usually have specially made cheaper batteries in them.

you have been brainwashed by silly ads on tv.
panasonic alkanies batteries will be near identical to duracell alkaline batteries
even ikea alkalines can last longer than duracell.
duracell ads verge on lies, they say they last ten times longer than ordinary zinc batteries, but no one in their right mind buys zinc carbon nowadays.
http://www.batteryshowdown.com/

I think IKEA batteries 10 for £1.95 are better value for money

I expect this is being rated cold because people are just assuming based on the title that you mean the normal hotwheels stuff, which are usually £1.

More likely that it's been posted already.

Doesn't this defeat the object of what this store is supposed to be. It's called "poundworld" but they sell stuff costing £4 etc confused

It's still pounds, just four of them.

The OP says Poundworld, then the first comment says Poundland. I'e seen them in Poundland myself, so are they in both?

(I agree - they are quite ugly or flowery, and probably not big enough to fit most modern mobiles)
I found these in a specific Poundland.
The black one with G is the toughest and the grey one(undisplayed) is slight bigger but the ugliest. Both have cords to hang around neck and flips over to cover top.
I think the yellow doesnt and zip keeps getting stuck.
THE dark one with flower has no cover over top with velcro and is IMO least protective of all.
I use them on Alcatel Pixi3(3.5), Pixi3(4), Vodafone Smart First 7, Alcatel Pixi4(4), Moto E2 2015 might fit the grey I spoke off.
But boy they are all quite ugly cases.

Edited By: davening on Jul 17, 2017 00:21: Edited from the official Android app
Been around there a while and great quality, the problem is they don't fit modern mobile phones or devices really. I guess that's why Poundland have them.

That Walkers product that mimics Pringles is pushing the price back down for these. Its about time.
Mimics? As far as I'm concerned they are the rebirth of Cadbury stackers which pre dated Pringles, the paprika one especially tastes like how i remember stackers paprika one tasting.

Relax bro. They're crisps.

not bad if you are a pseud with man flu
Bargain! I wish I had flu, then I could save loads of dosh buying these.
Apologies it was a .co.uk site and thought it was good site. You are right these, unfortunately do not have ingredients used by "the one who knocks". These contain phenylephrine hydrochloride. I also appreciate that supermarkets own brands can be as good as brand names and pills marketed for period pains, back pains and other pains can be exactly the same as the standard product. However these i dont believe fall into this category and from someone who will normally avoid taking pills, i have to say these have worked wonders on my sinuses, neck pains, sore throat etc. For a pound you are getting more than a normal packet of nurofen and these still remain to be over £5 eveywhere i have looked.
ScottyMelotty
I doubt it. Evidently you have not read about the Australian case where they were banned by the government for describing the same product for doing different things to corner certain markets.
These are clearly not the same. Evidently you have not read: http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/medicines/aches-and-pains/a7245/nurofen-cold-and-flu-ibuprofen-pseudoephedrine/

I'm not sure that article you've linked to is relevant to UK products, as I was under the impression that no products containing 'pseudo' were available over the counter here due to the use of that ingredient in making crystal meth (google 'smurfing' for more info on that). As other posters have stated, i'm pretty sure that generics of this are indeed cheaper, although i'm happy to be corrected.

Expiry date is almost irrelevant as this is a dry biscuit with no residential fleas or moths. Should last way beyond date. I shall stuff my cupboard.
