After seeing the mains powered one for £11.49, posted by Hotmik, I saw this one, worth couple of pounds more if you have some areas that your extension leads don't reach, or handy for a midnight sabotage on the award winning garden of the street...lol.Ok not the best on the market but worth a small price for those who do not need all the bells and whistles.

These are ok for trimming small box hedges, privet and the like. If you think it will tackle overgrown hedges then you will most likely be disappointed! I have a similar 18 volt one, also a bosch 36 volt one. I also have 2 stihl hedgetrimmers for more demanding jobs. The battery ones are lightweight, clean and fun to use, just dont expect miracles when it coms to performance
