The reviews on Amazon seem to be positive over-all, so I'm hoping this will make push ups a little easier.

Well, it depends how you look at that. I'd look at it like you also have to keep the balance of your body on the gym ball, while doing a pressup higher height. Therefore, harder. Much harder.

As for the product, cant comment on the actual thing because ive never used it but you cant beat a good old fashioned pressup to me. But the price is very very good for anyone looking for it so heat added.

Are you sure that's due to the press-ups?

(_;)

This is great. For this price I won't feel guilty about leaving them under the bed after my latest round of get fit fizzles out (as all have before).
#18
I'm guessing that they are out of stock now - as price is £1.99 plus £4.98 delievery ...
#19
Waste of money really, there are many many different types of press ups you can do which are really easy to really hard. Wide arms being one of the easiest and jumping press ups sometimes with a clap being harder

good bits of kit, they turn on there axis to stress the whole chest muscle and that should take the stress out of your wrists by allowing the joints to turn in a natural movement - could be a purchase this - i have just cleaned my garage so i have plenty of room to store these for 10 years :-)

Bought a pair of these in New York when they just came out, pretty good

Showing at £7.09 since it has been expired, just for peeps info if they still need some.
Aside, these are essential for those with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, especially in the early stages- as strengthening the wrists becomes harder as the disease progresses. Push up grips allow you to do press ups without overly bending the wrists, which is what you need to avoid if you suffer from this.

Have a pair of these, they're decent overall; I use them four times a week. Doing normal press-ups a lot can put a strain on your wrists, these help to alleviate that strain. They give you a harder workout as you work to keep control when twisting, when moving your body up and down.

Build quality isn't the best, but they do the job - I haven't had them for such a long time and I've had to apply a bit of tape to keep one of them together; I've seen a better quality, more expensive option called Perfect Pushups for about £30 on Amazon, but these ones do the business.

I bought them anyway even though it said delivery between 2-4 weeks (from amazon)...after someone wrongly expired it.

Amazon usually still send it within a week even when it says to expect a ridiculous delay,

If it's anything like the Climber Swiss Army Knife deal you'll get an email from Amazon in three weeks time telling you that they can't source these at the lower price but that you are welcome to buy one at the "usual" price or you can have your vmoney back. The bass terds.

price seems to have gone up again to £7.09

Knuckle pushups?

Been told they're not good for you, as they encourage you to over-extend, ie so your arms are angled behind you.

As mentioned, there are plenty of pressups you can do without equipment. And you can just raise your feet off the ground using a step. Also doing proper, slower pressups is so much harder than the faster, not fully done pressups so many people do.

Save yourself the clutter.

Lots of things are no good for you, Running on hard surfaces for example, Dont read too much, as Nike says, JUST DO IT !

Thats actually a lot easier than doing them with your feet on the floor- basic mechanics

The higher your legs the harder the pressup.
