Play have reduced these from £24.99 to £14.99. Hard to beat at this price. I bought one for my son at Christmas for £17.99 and the whole family thought that it was great value.

This is a gadget that can really stretches you to the limit. It takes control of your hand and arm to such an extent you may have to 'give up' before dropping it on the floor. Good exercise for wrist and arms and great for those with a competitive streak.

nice, they're back down (except the green one). Too bad the leather pouch free gift is out of stock. I would buy it, but as a previous owner of the science museum "strength ball" i'm not too keen on these gadgets anymore. still hot though

It is thought that it is a (quote)

[*]A fitness product for men or women to either tone or help build substantial power and strength in the wrists, forearms and shoulders.

[*]The perfect instrument to gently rehabilitate lower forearm and wrist joints affected by carpal tunnel syndrome, repetitive strain injury RSI, arthritis or previous breakage.

From experience the little amount of movement required is very tiring!. There are some videos on YouTube of this gadget in action.

Amongst one of the the various claims from the manufacturers and distributors is:

The perfect instrument to gently rehabilitate lower forearm and wrist joints affected by carpal tunnel syndrome, repetitive strain injury RSI, arthritis or previous breakage.

I hope that this helps.
