Powerball Original 250Hz

Designed to improve the wrist muscles, simply set the inner section spinning, rhythmic circular hand and wrist movements not only maintain the rotation, but also make it steadily faster. Increased in centrifugal forces make it harder to keep hold adding resistance to your wrist thus making you stronger.
Not only is this a great exercise for your wrist, it is also extremely addictive as it incorporates a high score system.

The perfect instrument to gently rehabilitate lower forearm and wrist joints affected by carpal tunnel syndrome, repetitive strain injury, arthritis & previous breakage.

The guys voice on that advert is terrible....

These are great fun, would highly recommend them :-D

Believe me when I say this, it is best to spend the extra £5-8 to get one with the screen, it is money well spent, as it adds to the fun, without a screen its just a one use toy, with the screen you can have mini competitions and you can see what you want to beat. Also only get Powerball official items as they come with a lifetime warranty so if a part does break or start malfunctioning they will send you out a new part after proof of purchase.

I speak from experience. Get one with a LCD display

These are great and a good deal - I agree about the screen though!

If you ever have problems get on the official forums there is a rep who will always help - and ship out parts for no extra cost too!

Injured my wrist during an intensive workout last month on one of these! It takes a while to get used to the rotating motion but once you get the hang of it, it's plain sailing.

|Great price, but i agree with the others re: the screen

always fancied one to help with my golf but always thought a bit expensive... but not at this price. Thanks for the posting

I need something lol I'm gonna buy one and give it a try.

Would recommend to anyone at this price, takes about half a day of on-off playing to get the hang of it. The screen adds a competitive edge to it but its relatively addicitive as it is.

Tips to newcomers would be not to yank the started string as hard a spossible as you dont need to. To get it going pull the string gently like a bow on a violin and gently rotate your wrist at the same speed as the gyro - you'll feel it when your at the right speed. You mustn't move your arm, only your wrist in a circular motion so hold your arm still if necessary as most people inadvertently move it and it will get you nowhere fast.

ordered one, heat added

There are websites out there which offer far better wrist exersize, and much more fun too.
#17
What does the screen actually show? The screen one is OOS, don't know whether to chance orderimg anyway and chance not getting it for Christmas or just go for the original one for a fiver!

What to do...

It records your highest RPM or something I think.

So worth getting the screen one then I guess?

Thanks

I'm not so worried about the screen, but does the ball light up? Or is that only the Neon ones?
#22
Screen is a must, I have one and it great - The service from Powerball is second to none!!
#23
I;ve got one of these, its really good for strengthening your wrists, have to get other half to get it to spin tho...lol, only have use of one arm
#24
Excellent deal. Always fancied one of these. At this price I'm gonna get one for my Brother also.

Voted hot
#25
The appearance of this and the Coca-Cola 'Holidays are Coming' tv spot bring me down somewhat. :santa:
#26
hot and bought!
#27
Well I was happy at first - now only £5 - but the downside is that there's no digital screen, which, by the sounds of reviews across the web, is a requirement.
So I'll have to go for the Pro version, which comes with a neon light too, but bumps the price up 3x as much to around £20, which isn't much of a hotukdeal. :?
#28
Chris, the one with the screen is £10 at Play. Look at yesterdays hot deals.
#30
This one is now £9.99.

The one from yesterday is also sold out. Expire?
#31
Damn, can't believe I missed the Pro at £9.99 :-/
