Designed to improve the wrist muscles, simply set the inner section spinning, rhythmic circular hand and wrist movements not only maintain the rotation, but also make it steadily faster. Increased in centrifugal forces make it harder to keep hold adding resistance to your wrist thus making you stronger.
Not only is this a great exercise for your wrist, it is also extremely addictive as it incorporates a high score system.

What's the difference between this one, which is Pro, and the ordinary one, which is £9.99?

They both look to do the same thing to me

added heat anyway because I've never seen these and it looks just the thing for me to regain strength in my wrist after being broken

I've realised the Pro seems to have an LCD display, which the other does not

You want a counter on it so you can beat this guy. He cracks me up because he looks like he's having a fit.

Its hard to first get the knack of it, but once you master how to make the giroscope spin its easy. The thing really starts howling when you get it up to around 10 - 11,000 revs.
You can also get one that screams and ones that light up.

I bought one of the blue neon ones which they have for £17.99 and its great... now everyone I know wants me to get them one :)

I normally work out with weights but this had my arms knackered after just 10 mins, it really does work, it may take a bit of getting used to, to get it started :)

I think the differences between them:-

Original Power Ball - No leds? No LCD display showing revs, etc
Original Power Ball Pro - No leds? However it does have an LCD display
Blue Neon Pro - Blue Leds and a LCD Display
White Signature Pro - White Leds, Limited Edition (I think), no LCD

However I could be wrong im not a powerball expert :)

You can even get a starter, however after a few mins of practice and keeping with it you shouldnt need it :)
