I know it's not a 'deal' in price as such, but thought it might be useful for some interested in an alternative to the Samsung Galaxy which has recently come down to £299 with this to be released shortly.

This looks very nice. I saw this the other day on amazon pre-order.
Would have been nice if it had 3g but that is £100 more.
The 10.1 looks good too.
btw is the 8GB or 32GB in the bigger one an SSD card?

Definitely particularly when the battery is apparently just 1530Mah which I'm assuming is wrong as the Tab is nearly three time that.

A Tegra 2 processor and one of the first to run Android 3.0 Honeycomb; this is an amazing price and should hopefully push the prices down across the board on tablets.

After a tablet and hadn't heard of this... think I'll hang on until the Flyer and G-Slate are released until I (finally) make a decision. :)

The yave redesigned it from then at least have look at acer site Bluetooth 3.0 USB etc...

hot. £299 for android 3.0 is good. All other android tablets have come down quite a bit from their pre order prices though so this could come down even further
