this pretty much the most expensive as most places have it 35-40, i really don't get your logic from the post it sounds like you would happily pay more for something just to get it from amazon, which most of the time now are one of the most expensive places to get games

Agreed, and only selling certain games to people who are behind their paywall is a disgrace, their customer service is the best around though.

How many have actually preordered this game? Anyone excited for this after so long?

I'm curious to play it, but I wouldn't say excited. Still, it will likely be less of a feces storm than The Last Guardian which releases in the same week (Assuming neither of them get another delay, which for these two games, is a mighty assumption). I think most people have pretty tapered expectations for FFXV, whereas Last Guardian is still getting No Man's Sky level of hype from a-lot of people, and we all know how that turned out...

I feel the same. Wondering whether to cancel my preorder. Two COD games to play and Pokemon on the way. Not sure whether to buy this when it hits £20! My backlog is ridiculous as well!

I really want TLG to be good. I just hope that it matches the hype as you say...

This is the only game I have preordered this year, ordered for £32.99 back in April.

I've never enjoyed the Team ICO games (Heathen, I know), but I hope it's at least good, given how long people have waited for it... but I just don't think it's going to deliver.

I'm pretty close to agreeing tbh. It's so easy to launch a game based on hype and the impression you paint (Watchdogs) then it turns out to be a letdown (also Watchdogs) :)

Just bear in mind. Even with Prime you wont get it launch day most likely.

I have just cancelled all my game pre-orders with amazon, majority now do not come on day of release, pokemon came today, 2 days late and being a prime customer means nothing anymore.I took a gamble on simplygames, ordered FF XV earlier today and it has already been shipped.£79 a year to receive your pre-orders late.No thank you amazon.

Just a tip for anyone playing FF XV or other HDR patched game on the PS4 Pro with VR attached.....on their shiny 4K HDR TV.

You need to disconnect VR hdmi lead from TV and then plug PS4 hdmi back into TV directly (after removing it from VR power block ) to play HDR games on the Pro model, handy tip for anyone else playing final fantasy XV today and seeing HDR not enabled message on their 4K HDR set.The PS will now report 4K and HDR are now enabled and the HDR option in game menu will no longer be greyed out and you can enjoy FF XV in all its glory and yes...it looks FAB!

£37.42 with the £2 prime discount now, that makes it the cheapest now?
