Pre order HTC 8X Windows Phone Sim Free for £398.98 from Unlocked Mobiles
Recently announced HTC Windows 8 flagship device. I was considering Nokia Lumia 920, but if this will be cheaper I can go this.

But I don't think there will be huge difference, if htc 8x is considerably cheaper, I can go for it.

It seems you are right. So one plus is gone from Nokia :))

Staggeringly stupid of Nokia.
The only reason I've been considering getting a Nokia again and they give it away for free.
Weirdly, a quick google showed a Nokia executive boasting about how clever they were to do this. Guess they really don't want to sell any phones.

They would have been pressured by Microsoft to give it to other manufacturers. Navigation being free for Android and IOS it seems to be logical from microsoft's point of view.

HTC 8X will be about £100 cheaper, and will match the Lumia 920 in many areas. While losing out on camera quality, storage space and wireless charging, its camera is still excellent, and it makes up for it with the highest PPI (pixels per inch) of any top phone at 342 compared with the Lumia's 332 I think. Also, for me, 4.3" is the more desirable screen size, and the HTC 8X is considerably lighter and slightly thinner I believe. Obviously, personal preference will come into play, but both phones look lovely. It's worth remembering that wireless charging comes at a cost. At the moment, I am thinking HTC 8X because I do like HTC and want them to keep making great Windows Phones.
agree :)
Its a shame w8 taking so long to come to the market.
Having said all of this, I've had 3 HTC windows phones and they were all amazing so this would definitely be my second choice behind having my third Lumia :D.
I would go for hot as not an iPhone 5. Barely update a phone and increase the price, that's the apple way!
